Sunflower blossoms for decorating salads, vegetables, soups, pasta, meat dishes, or desserts.
The flowers are grown by herb farmer Reto Raselli in Val Poschiavo (CH), according to strict organic guidelines. During the flowering period they are harvested by hand and dried in the fresh mountain air of Puschlave.
