How to Store Honey
For optimal freshness and quality, store honey at room temperature, in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
If you do not plan to open your gift set immediately, honey can also be stored in the freezer. Unlike refrigeration, freezing helps slow down the crystallisation process and can help maintain a liquid consistency for longer.
What If the Honey Crystallises?
Crystallisation is a completely natural process in honey and does not mean that the product has spoiled.
If you prefer a more liquid consistency, simply place the jar in a warm water bath at around 40°C (104°F). Gentle warming will gradually dissolve the crystals and restore a smoother, more fluid texture.
