How to Use:
- Stir 1 teaspoon of the turmeric latte blend (approx. 2 g) into 250 ml of milk or plant milk.

- For a golden milk-style preparation: stir 1 teaspoon of turmeric paste into 250 ml of milk or plant milk, heat, and simmer over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Finish with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil if desired.
