Made with carefully selected biodynamic and organic ingredients, this crisp, unsweetened snack can be enjoyed on its own for nibbling and chewing or used as a simple base for baby porridge recipes.

Active Ingredients:
- Spelt flour: The main cereal ingredient, providing the characteristic mild rusk texture.
- Wholegrain spelt meal: Complements the flour blend for a more wholesome cereal base.
- Thiamin (Vitamin B1): Included as required by law.
How to Use:
- Serve from 6 months onwards as a snack for nibbling and chewing, always under supervision.
- For a milk porridge: break 3 slices into small pieces, place in a bowl, pour over 120 ml whole milk and 60 ml water after boiling, allow to soak briefly, then mash or puree. Stir and cool to approximately 37°C before serving.
- For a fruit porridge: break 2 slices into small pieces, place in a bowl, pour over 140 ml boiled water, allow to soak briefly, then mash or puree. Stir in 100 g freshly grated fruit such as apple, pear, or banana, or fruit puree, and cool to approximately 37°C before serving.
- Do not let your child nibble unsupervised or while lying down.
