How to Use:
- Fold the elastic bands of the brace outward.
- Insert your hands into the brace and position the support ring centered over the kneecap.
- Unfold the elastic bands without stretching the brace on the leg.
- Adjust while standing and make sure the support ring lies flat.
- Put on just before sports activity and wear only during movement-based activity.
