Active Ingredients:
- Gluten-free wholegrain oat flakes: form the wholesome base of the bread mix.
- Golden flaxseed and sunflower seeds: contribute texture and naturally occurring fibre.
- Psyllium husks and turmeric: support the structure of the loaf, while turmeric adds the signature golden character.
How to Use:
- Place the full pack contents into a bowl.
- Add 550 ml of boiling water, stir well, and leave to soak for 20 minutes.
- Transfer the dough into a well-greased loaf tin measuring approximately 25 x 10 cm.
- Spread evenly, press down, and smooth the top with a moistened spatula.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C using top and bottom heat for 70 minutes.
- Remove from the tin immediately and allow to cool completely before slicing.
