Active Ingredients:
- Green Illite Clay: A naturally mineral-rich clay traditionally used for its absorbent and purifying properties.
How to Use:
- Pour the desired amount of clay into an earthenware or glass bowl.
- Cover with water to about 2 cm above the clay and leave to stand for 2 hours.
- Mix until you obtain a smooth, even paste.
- For a plaster, apply a 1 to 2 cm layer of clay directly to the targeted area and leave on for 1 to 2 hours.
- For a poultice, spread a 2 cm layer of clay paste onto a fine cloth, fold the corners, and apply to the desired area.
- Remove as much clay as possible, discard it, and rinse with warm water. Do not allow the clay to dry on the skin.
