Anwendung
Once daily 20 g of powder (= 1 heaped tablespoon) into a dry container and add 200 ml of liquid (milk or milk substitute, e.g., oat milk). Stir with a fork or whisk. It’s easiest in a shaker bottle. The powder can also be stirred into yogurt or mixed into muesli.
