Active Ingredients:

How to Use:
- Open the airtight pouch immediately before use and remove the wrap.
- Unfold the wrap completely.
- Place it around the lower back with the darker side of the heat cells against the skin.
- Fasten the hook-and-loop closure at the front and adjust so the wrap sits directly over the affected area.
- Allow about 30 minutes for the wrap to reach therapeutic temperature.
