Vitamin C contributes to:

  • Normal collagen formation
  • Normal cartilage function
  • Maintenance of normal bone function

MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) is an organic sulfur compound. Sulfur is an essential element for the human body and is also found in the amino acids cysteine and methionine.

Sulfur plays an important role in many biological processes. MSM is commonly used as a dietary supplement and, together with vitamin C, provides a convenient way to support your daily nutrient intake.
