Active Ingredients:
- Live bacterial cultures: A multi-strain complex featuring 14 different live lactic acid-forming bacterial strains for a broad-spectrum probiotic profile.
- Saccharomyces boulardii: A yeast strain included alongside the live bacterial cultures.
- Biotin, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12: Added to complement the formula; biotin contributes to normal mucous membranes, while vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal immune function.
How to Use:
- Take 1 sachet daily.
- Preferably 30 minutes before breakfast, add the contents of 1 sachet to about 100 ml of lukewarm water or another suitable liquid.
- Stir well and let it stand for about 1 minute before drinking.
- It may also be mixed into diluted fruit juice, cooled tea below 40°C, or yogurt.
