Active Ingredients:
- Ginger, garlic, and coriander: provide warm, savoury spice notes in the stir-fry stage.
- Lemongrass and leek: add aromatic freshness to the sauce.
- Galangal and chili: help create the product’s distinctive Chinese-inspired flavour profile.
How to Use:
- Cut 300 g of meat into strips and prepare 300 g of mixed vegetables such as leek, carrots, peppers, mushrooms, sugar snap peas, or sprouts.
- Set aside 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 200 ml of water.
- Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and spice mix 1 to a non-stick pan, then heat until fragrant.
- Add the meat and fry, then add the vegetables and continue cooking.
- Add the water and soy sauce, stir in spice mix 2, cover, and cook for about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
