Active Ingredients:
- Coriander, garlic, cumin, caraway, and oregano: featured in the first blend for roasting to create a savory, spiced base.
- Paprika, onions, black pepper, parsley, and turmeric: included in the second blend for cooking to round out the recipe with warmth and aromatic depth.
- Chili: adds the characteristic heat expected from chili con carne.
How to Use:
- Rinse the beans and set aside 200 ml of water.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil and seasoning mix 1 to a pan, then heat.
- Once the spices become fragrant, add 200 g minced meat and brown.
- Add the beans and water, then stir in seasoning mix 2 and 50 g tomato paste.
- Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
