Based on gluten-free oat flour and finished with a blend of seven seeds, it offers an easy way to bake an everyday loaf at home. The mix is vegan and simply prepared with water and dry yeast.

Active Ingredients:
- Gluten-free oat flour (36%): forms the main base of the bread mix and gives the loaf its hearty character.
- 7-seed blend (8%): includes flaxseed, chia seeds, sesame, chopped pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, blue poppy seeds, and hemp seeds for texture and a more complex flavor profile.
- Ground psyllium husks and xanthan: help support the structure of the gluten-free dough.
How to Use:
- Combine the pack contents with 1 packet of dry yeast and 500 ml of lukewarm water.
- Mix briefly with a dough hook until smooth.
- Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper or into a greased loaf tin (approx. 25 x 10 cm).
- Smooth with moistened hands or a dough scraper and leave covered in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 250°C (top/bottom heat) for 10 minutes, then reduce to 220°C and bake for a further 50 minutes.
