How to Use:
- Blow the nose before testing.
- Remove the test from the holder and take off the protective cap.
- Insert the sponge tip carefully into the first nostril, about 1 to 2 cm, until slight resistance is felt.
- Rub against the inside wall of the nostril with rotating movements for 15 seconds, then repeat in the second nostril.
- Reinsert the test into the holder with the tip facing downward and press firmly.
- Wait 15 minutes, then read the result.
