Wellna.ch Return and Refund Policy

Refunds and Exchanges

We gladly offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase.

If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all the following conditions must be met:

Unused and Original Condition

The returned item must be unused and in the same condition as when received by the customer.

Original Packaging

The returned item must be in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Regular-Priced Items Only

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Gift Credit

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, the returning customer will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please send the item to the return address indicated on the sender address of the original package.


Exempt Goods

The following items are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards

  • Certain health and personal care items


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 30 working days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 30 working days:

  1. Please check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Then contact your credit card provider or payment institution, as posting times may vary.

Shipping

  • Please return the product to the return address provided on the packaging.

  • Wellna.ch operates using third-party logistics for route optimization.
    Products may be shipped from a distributor’s warehouse, manufacturer, or reseller.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
    These costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is granted, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on location.

  • Due to third-party logistics operations, Wellna.ch cannot guarantee acknowledgment of returned items from the moment of dispatch, as products may originate from different logistics partners.
